Privacy Policy — Prompt Studio

This policy describes version 1 only.

Prompt Studio is provided by iShape Solutions. Version 1 helps you assemble prompt text from bundled templates and your answers. It does not require an account.

Information in the app

Your saved prompts, answers associated with them, recent prompt history, and preferences are stored on your device. Prompt Studio does not send this content to a developer-operated server. The current app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your photos, contacts, microphone, or location.

You choose what to share

Copying a prompt places it on your system clipboard, which is governed by your device settings. Using the system share sheet sends content to the destination you select. Opening a recommended AI tool launches an external service. Those providers process information under their own policies; Prompt Studio does not automatically submit your prompt or reference photos to them. If you choose to upload a reference photo in an external AI tool, that upload takes place outside Prompt Studio.

Storage and removal

Saved prompts remain locally until you remove them or delete the app. Recent history is limited to the latest 200 entries. The app offers controls for removing saved items and history. Device or cloud backups may include app data according to your operating-system settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, but managing existing backups is handled through your device or backup provider.

Support

If you contact ishapesolution@gmail.com, the developer receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address and description of the issue, and uses it to respond. Do not send passwords or sensitive prompt content. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and maintain appropriate support records, after which they are deleted or securely disposed of.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. Any future syncing, advertising, or purchase features will be assessed and disclosed before release. They are not included in version 1.
