Get started

1. Open Accounts and add an investor, their bank and demat account.
2. Open IPOs to browse All IPOs. Filter Mainboard or SME and the issue status, or search for a company.
3. Open an IPO and choose Track & add applications. Available details fill automatically; supply any missing required fields. Find saved IPOs under My portfolio. The pencil in details lets you edit your local record. You can also add an IPO manually.
4. Open the IPO and record applications for the relevant accounts.
5. Update allotment and record money blocks, debits and releases as they happen.
6. Use Overview to review blocked funds, release amounts, holdings and recorded profit.

Does it apply for IPOs or connect to my bank?

No. The app provides market information and personal record keeping. It does not place orders, transfer money, submit IPO applications or retrieve live bank balances. Apply using your usual authorised broker or banking service, then record the details here.

How do allotment checks work?

You can save an optional PAN, copy it yourself and open a registrar’s external website. Complete that website’s verification, then return to update your application manually. Allotment results are not fetched automatically. The IPO list includes periodically refreshed GMP, which is separate from your personal allotment status.

How do I move to a new phone?

In Settings, choose Export encrypted backup, use a password of at least 10 characters and save the file somewhere you control. On the new phone, choose Restore backup, select the file and enter its password. Restore replaces that phone’s current portfolio after confirmation. Keep a separate backup before replacing data.

I forgot my backup password

We cannot recover it. If the original device still has your portfolio, export a new backup with a new password.

Why are funds still shown as blocked?

Allotment status and money movements are independent. After confirming a bank release, record the release in the app. Amounts reflect your entries, not a live bank connection.

IPO data, GMP and editing

Market data is provided by IPO Guru through our Cloudflare backend, normally refreshed every 15 minutes. The app reuses a successful download for up to 15 minutes. Pull down on the IPO list to check again; repeated refreshes within that period use the saved copy. Provider GMP may have its own older update time, shown in details. Saved information can be available offline, with an outdated-data warning when appropriate. Missing values mean not supplied, not zero.

GMP percentage is calculated against the upper issue price (or issue price when no upper price is supplied). Positive values are green, negative values red, and zero neutral. The sign also indicates direction. Lot value means price multiplied by shares per lot; it does not establish the permitted minimum application, particularly for SME IPOs. Verify eligibility and application rules with your authorised broker. GMP is unofficial and does not guarantee listing gains.

Tracking saves a local IPO record. Later market refreshes do not overwrite application prices, lot sizes, recorded money or local corrections. Edit saved information from IPO details. The app does not change the provider’s market listing when you edit your own record.

The market list is unavailable

Check your internet connection and try again later. The market provider or backend may be temporarily unavailable even when your connection works. Your local portfolio remains usable. If the issue continues, send the app version, device model and the displayed error to support; do not include personal portfolio records.

Reminders and app lock

Enable IPO reminders in Settings and allow notifications on your device. The app reports the scheduled count. Only IPOs you track are eligible; browsing all market IPOs does not enable alerts for every company. Use Settings → Test notification to check delivery. If no alert appears, check notification permissions, Focus/Do Not Disturb and Android battery settings.

Times are India time: opening and closing reminders at 9 AM, an additional closing follow-up at 3 PM, pending-allotment follow-ups at 6 PM, and relevant listing/fund-release reminders at 9 AM. Your broker’s cutoff may differ. Fund reminders require an expected release date and funds still recorded as blocked; listing reminders require allotted shares still held. Up to 60 upcoming reminders are queued. Reopen the app periodically to replenish them. Android timing is approximate.

App lock requires supported device biometrics or a device passcode. We do not receive your face, fingerprint or passcode.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy. Portfolio records remain on your device. Delete local records or the app to remove local portfolio data, and remove exported backup copies separately.
