1. App Usage

Smart Cleanup is provided "as is" to help users manage and clean media files.

The app does not guarantee recovery of deleted or modified content.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing files before deletion or compression
• Understanding that deleted files may not be recoverable

Smart Cleanup is not liable for accidental data loss caused by user actions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are optional and managed entirely through the Apple App Store.

Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

4. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements. Watching ads may unlock certain features temporarily. Availability of ads is not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Cleanup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
